Every supplier in Ireland gets the most valuable document in retail for free.
And most of them never open it twice.
I'm talking about the retailer's planogram.
It tells you exactly where your products sit. How many facings you have. Which shelf. Which bay. Who's beside you. How much space your competitors got.
But it arrives as a PDF. Sometimes dozens of them, one per store format. So it gets filed, and the questions that matter never get asked:
→ Did we actually get the facings we agreed? → Which stores dropped a line? → How does our share of the shelf compare with our share of sales?
That's the problem we set out to fix. We take the retailer's PDF and turn it back into a real, working planogram: every product, every shelf, real dimensions. Then you can search it, compare it and report on it.
A PDF is a picture of a decision. A planogram is data you can work with.
